基于ProCast鋁合金電機殼擠壓鑄造工藝設計

【摘要】:針對使用常規(guī)鑄造工藝制造的新能源汽車電機殼出現(xiàn)縮松縮孔、氣密性合格率低的問題,應用數(shù)值模擬技術對電機殼的擠壓鑄造工藝進行研究。通過對鑄造充型、凝固過程進行模擬仿真,驗證工藝設計的合理性,并結合單一變量法研究澆注溫度、模具溫度、比壓等工藝參數(shù)對縮松縮孔的影響。最終確定最佳工藝參數(shù)為澆注溫度680℃,模具溫度280℃,比壓110 MPa、壓射速度0.1 m/s、保壓30 s。在此參數(shù)下結合局部加壓裝置可以消除鑄件的縮松縮孔,得到的鑄件性能優(yōu)良,氣密性合格率達到88%。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of shrinkage hole and low qualified rate of air tightness in the new energy motor shell manufactured by conventional casting technology, the squeeze casting process of motor shell was studied by numerical simulation technology.
