普通取向硅鋼組織及織構(gòu)的演變特征

【摘要】:采用光學顯微鏡、EBSD觀察并研究了普通取向硅鋼組織、織構(gòu)的演變特征。結(jié)果表明:熱軋板組織及織構(gòu)沿板厚方向存在不均勻性,一次冷軋后,組織發(fā)生了較大變化,完全轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槔w維帶狀條帶組織。經(jīng)840℃×10 min脫碳退火后初次再結(jié)晶晶粒平均尺寸為20.13μm,織構(gòu)主要有{001}010、{111}112、以及Goss等織構(gòu),并可將碳脫至3.5×10-5以下。二次冷軋后,組織再次轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槔w維帶狀組織,織構(gòu)類型與一次冷軋板織構(gòu)類型類似,僅織構(gòu)強度不同。經(jīng)650℃×4 min回復(fù)時,冷軋組織發(fā)生了完全再結(jié)晶,再結(jié)晶晶粒平均尺寸為7.25μm。高溫退火過程中,隨著溫度的升高,具有Goss位向的初次晶粒發(fā)生異常長大,溫度到達1000℃時,晶粒尺寸達到厘米級,成品晶粒平均直徑為18.92 mm,晶粒較為圓整,成品最佳磁感為1.885 T,鐵損為1.21 W/kg。
