U76CrRE稀土鋼軌連續(xù)冷卻曲線和組織性能研究

【摘要】:用Formastor-F型熱膨脹儀測定了U76CrRE鋼的CCT曲線;研究了冷卻速率對鋼組織和硬度的影響。結(jié)果表明,U76CrRE鋼發(fā)生珠光體轉(zhuǎn)變的臨界冷速為2.00℃/s;當(dāng)冷速小于等于2.00℃/s時,得到的組織為珠光體和少量鐵素體;當(dāng)冷速大于2.00℃/s時,轉(zhuǎn)變產(chǎn)物中出現(xiàn)馬氏體;實驗鋼的硬度隨冷速的增加而增大。U76CrRE稀土鋼軌在溫度略高于522℃進行等溫轉(zhuǎn)變時可獲得片間距細小的珠光體組織,硬度可滿足熱處理鋼軌的性能要求。
