正火工藝對冷軋態(tài)低合金低溫鋼組織及拉伸性能的影響

【摘要】:采用拉伸性能、顯微硬度測試及OM、SEM、TEM等實(shí)驗(yàn)方法研究了正火工藝對冷軋態(tài)低合金低溫鋼板組織演變和拉伸性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,熱處理溫度為700℃時(shí),冷軋?jiān)嚇觾H處于回復(fù)階段,鐵素體基體內(nèi)為嚴(yán)重的位錯(cuò)纏結(jié)組態(tài)和位錯(cuò)網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu);正火溫度升高至750℃和800℃時(shí),冷軋組織再結(jié)晶及相變過程同時(shí)發(fā)生,以M/A小島為特征的粒狀組織出現(xiàn);860℃完全正火組織為等軸鐵素體和彌散珠光體,位錯(cuò)呈稀疏的位錯(cuò)墻組態(tài)。23%壓下率冷軋?jiān)嚇咏?jīng)860℃正火后鐵素體晶粒尺寸由10%壓下率冷軋?jiān)嚇拥?2.0μm細(xì)化到10.2μm。正火溫度為860℃時(shí),冷軋?jiān)嚇舆_(dá)到最佳的強(qiáng)塑性配合,10%和23%壓下率試樣的強(qiáng)塑積分別為20 007 MPa%、17 850 MPa%。與700℃正火試樣相比,860℃正火試樣拉伸斷口附近及頸縮區(qū)組織中微孔數(shù)量顯著降低,拉伸變形能力改善。
