冷噴涂Zn粉后5083鋁合金的中溫釬焊研究

【摘要】:以添加了5%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),下同)CsF-AlF3共晶釬劑的Zn粉為原料,采用冷噴涂技術(shù)在5083鋁合金表面制備涂層,噴涂后的5083鋁板在530℃進(jìn)行釬焊連接。采用掃描電子顯微鏡結(jié)合能譜儀對(duì)涂層的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)及釬焊后的接頭組織形貌進(jìn)行觀(guān)察與分析。結(jié)果表明:涂層與5083基體連接致密,釬劑顆粒呈絮狀存在于Zn粒子交界面處;由于涂層對(duì)5083基體的保護(hù),釬焊時(shí)5083基體表面沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)Mg元素上浮現(xiàn)象,表面未形成復(fù)雜的氧化膜,530℃噴涂后的5083與1060可成功實(shí)現(xiàn)連接;釬焊接頭組織均勻,主要由α鋁基固溶體和β富鋅基固溶體組成,存在少量孔洞缺陷。
