變電站電流互感器鋁合金法蘭腐蝕失效分析

【摘要】:針對沿海變電站電流互感器壓力釋放膜鋁合金法蘭的實(shí)際腐蝕失效問題開展研究。通過對鋁合金法蘭成分、腐蝕形貌及腐蝕產(chǎn)物成分等分析,結(jié)合實(shí)際服役環(huán)境特點(diǎn)和電化學(xué)腐蝕行為分析,研究了其腐蝕失效原因及機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,沿海工業(yè)環(huán)境下,鋁合金CT壓力釋放膜法蘭發(fā)生腐蝕及應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂(SCC),腐蝕產(chǎn)物以Al的氯化物為主;Cl~-和S~(2-)是造成其腐蝕失效的重要環(huán)境因素,Cl~-和應(yīng)力協(xié)同作用導(dǎo)致其SCC,法蘭應(yīng)采用耐Cl、S腐蝕及抗SCC鋁合金,加強(qiáng)表面防腐蝕設(shè)計(jì),不應(yīng)在沒有防護(hù)措施的條件下直接使用7A05鋁合金。
[Abstract]:The actual corrosion failure of aluminum alloy flange with pressure release film of current transformer in coastal substation is studied. By analyzing the composition of aluminum alloy flange, corrosion morphology and corrosion products, combined with the characteristics of actual service environment and electrochemical corrosion behavior, the causes and mechanism of corrosion failure of aluminum alloy flange were studied. The results show that the corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of aluminum alloy CT pressure release film flange are mainly chlorides of Al in the coastal industrial environment. Cl~- and S2- are important environmental factors causing corrosion failure of SCC, flanges. The synergistic effects of Cl~- and stress lead to the use of Cl,S corrosion resistant and SCC resistant aluminum alloys for SCC, flanges, so as to strengthen the surface corrosion resistant design. 7A05 aluminum alloys should not be used directly without protective measures.
