靜壓力對(duì)超聲滾壓表層特性的影響

【摘要】:目的研究不同靜壓力對(duì)試樣表面形貌、粗糙度、晶粒細(xì)化程度、隨表層深度變化的顯微硬度和殘余應(yīng)力的影響。方法運(yùn)用超聲滾壓加工技術(shù),采用HEU-Ⅱ系列的超聲滾壓設(shè)備和臥式車床對(duì)AISI304不銹鋼進(jìn)行處理,改變靜壓力,其余參數(shù)不變。利用綜合掃描電子顯微鏡、觸針式粗糙度儀、金相顯微鏡、顯微硬度儀和X射線衍射分析儀等進(jìn)行檢測分析。結(jié)果靜壓力在300~800 N時(shí)能獲取較好表面質(zhì)量,超過800 N后會(huì)對(duì)表面產(chǎn)生損傷,出現(xiàn)細(xì)紋。通過XRD分析,靜壓力越大,晶粒細(xì)化程度越高,X衍射峰的寬化程度也越小。試樣表層硬化層深度和硬度隨靜壓力增大而增加,600 N時(shí)的硬化層比200 N時(shí)增加150μm,硬度增加35%,殘余應(yīng)力在表面表現(xiàn)為壓應(yīng)力,隨著靜壓力增加而增加。當(dāng)靜壓力增大到600 N時(shí),最大殘余應(yīng)力由表面轉(zhuǎn)移至材料內(nèi)部。結(jié)論靜壓力參數(shù)在一定的范圍內(nèi)會(huì)產(chǎn)生很好的加工效果,超過一定的范圍則會(huì)帶來不良影響,這為運(yùn)用超聲滾壓技術(shù)加工精密工件奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。
