掃描方式對(duì)激光立體成形GH4169合金高溫力學(xué)性能和熱疲勞性能的影響

【摘要】:掃描方式是激光立體成形的一個(gè)重要工藝參數(shù),選擇3種不同的掃描方式對(duì)GH4169高溫合金進(jìn)行激光立體成形試驗(yàn),并進(jìn)行了500℃高溫力學(xué)試驗(yàn)和1000次25~500℃冷熱循環(huán)的熱疲勞試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:與沿長(zhǎng)邊平行往復(fù)掃描相比,長(zhǎng)短邊交替平行往復(fù)掃描時(shí)合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度分別增大了82和79 MPa,斷后伸長(zhǎng)率基本不變,熱疲勞裂紋級(jí)別從7級(jí)變?yōu)?級(jí)。沿短邊平行往復(fù)掃描時(shí),合金力學(xué)性能和熱疲勞性能介于沿長(zhǎng)邊平行往復(fù)掃描和長(zhǎng)短邊交替平行往復(fù)掃描之間。掃描方式優(yōu)選為:長(zhǎng)短邊交替平行往復(fù)掃描。
