高溫及氧化對WC-10Co4Cr涂層微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響

【摘要】:采用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、顯微硬度計、摩擦磨損試驗機(jī)、沖蝕試驗機(jī)等手段研究高溫及氧化對超音速噴涂WC-10Co4Cr涂層的顯微組織、顯微硬度、結(jié)合強(qiáng)度、耐磨性能、耐沖蝕性能等的影響。結(jié)果表明:在空氣中經(jīng)600℃熱處理后,涂層發(fā)生了明顯的高溫氧化,涂層中WC、Co、Cr相的含量降低,轉(zhuǎn)化為Co WO_4、Cr_2O_5、C_6WO_6等氧化物相,孔隙率明顯升高,結(jié)合強(qiáng)度有所降低,雖然涂層的顯微硬度值有所提高,但耐磨損及耐沖蝕性能都明顯降低;通過Ar保護(hù),涂層只受到600℃的高溫作用,涂層的相組成未發(fā)生明顯改變,顯微硬度有較大幅度的提高,且分布更加均勻,耐干摩擦磨損及耐泥沙沖蝕性能均獲得大幅提高。
