滾動直線導(dǎo)軌副滑塊內(nèi)滾道型面精度檢測方法與方案驗證

【摘要】:為檢測滾動直線導(dǎo)軌副滑塊內(nèi)滾道的位置、圓弧半徑,提出了一種基于激光位移傳感器測距的滑塊內(nèi)滾道的檢測方法,該方法將激光位移傳感器相對內(nèi)軌道軸線以一定角度傾斜,通過掃描內(nèi)滾道輪廓得出一個半橢圓輪廓,以最小二乘法進行橢圓擬合。通過數(shù)學(xué)分析,內(nèi)滾道位置和半徑大小可以轉(zhuǎn)化為擬合橢圓的形心位置和橢圓的短軸長。通過對高精度圓柱做等效驗證試驗,驗證了測量方案的可行性,最后進行了多方面的誤差分析。
[Abstract]:In order to detect the position and arc radius of the inner raceway of the sliding block of the rolling linear guide rail, a method of detecting the inner raceway of the slider based on the laser displacement sensor is proposed. In this method, the laser displacement sensor is inclined to the axis of the inner orbit at a certain angle, and the semi-elliptical contour is obtained by scanning the inner raceway contour, and the ellipse fitting is carried out by the least square method. Through mathematical analysis, the position and radius of the inner raceway can be transformed into the centroid position of the fitting ellipse and the short axis length of the ellipse. The feasibility of the measurement scheme is verified by the equivalent verification test of the high precision cylinder. Finally, the error analysis is carried out in many aspects.
