不同氟化物對(duì)鈦合金A-TIG焊接成形和組織的影響

【摘要】:采用9種氟化物對(duì)TC4鈦合金進(jìn)行A-TIG焊接實(shí)驗(yàn),并利用高速攝像機(jī)和漢諾威焊接質(zhì)量分析儀采集焊接過程中的電弧形態(tài)和電壓信號(hào),對(duì)焊后焊接接頭的成形參數(shù)和宏觀組織進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明:9種氟化物中MgF_2活性劑增加焊縫熔深效果最顯著,達(dá)到無(wú)活性劑時(shí)的2倍,KF居次,但Li F可降低焊縫熔深;相比MgF_2活性劑,KF活性劑的熔寬小,熱影響區(qū)寬度窄,接頭總寬度小;Na F活性劑獲得了最小的熱影響區(qū)寬度;NaF、KF、MgF_2、Al F3活性劑焊縫的β柱晶生長(zhǎng)方向與焊縫中心軸線的傾角比其它活性劑大,柱晶長(zhǎng)度由熔深大小決定,柱晶寬度尺寸排序:AlF_3KFMgF_2NaF;熱影響區(qū)粗晶區(qū)晶粒大小排序:MgF_2NaFAlF_3KF。
[Abstract]:The TC4 titanium alloy was welded by A-TIG with 9 kinds of fluoride. The arc shape and voltage signals were collected by high speed video camera and Hannover welding quality analyzer. The forming parameters and macroscopic microstructure of welded joint after butt welding were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the effect of MgF_2 on weld penetration was the most obvious in the nine fluorides, which was 2 times as high as that of non-active agent, followed by KF, but Li F could decrease the weld penetration. Compared with MgF_2 active agent, the width of KF active agent is smaller, the width of heat-affected zone is narrow, and the width of joint total width of; Na F active agent is the smallest. The orientation of 尾 -columnar crystal growth direction of NaF,KF,MgF_2,Al F _ 3 active seam is larger than that of other active agents, and the length of column crystal is determined by the depth of penetration. The order of column width size is: AlF_3KFMgF_2NaF;. Order of grain size in the coarse-grained region of the heat-affected zone: MgF_2NaFAlF_3KF.
