LY12鋁合金微弧氧化工藝與摩擦性能的研究

【摘要】:鋁合金以其優(yōu)良的物理、化學(xué)及加工性能被廣泛應(yīng)用于航空、航天、交通運(yùn)輸?shù)阮I(lǐng)域。但其存在耐磨性能差的缺點(diǎn),大大限制了其應(yīng)用。因此對(duì)鋁合金進(jìn)行表面處理來(lái)改善其表面性能是十分必要的。微弧氧化術(shù)作為一種新興的、綠色的表面處理技術(shù)能夠在鋁合金表面形成硬度高、耐磨耐蝕性好的氧化物膜層而被廣泛采用。本文以LY12鋁合金為研究對(duì)象,采用低電壓微弧氧化技術(shù),通過(guò)向電解液中加入固體潤(rùn)滑顆粒BN,制備出致密性良好的自潤(rùn)滑復(fù)合膜層,解決了傳統(tǒng)微弧氧化存在的"膜層表面摩擦性能差"的問(wèn)題。采用SEM、XRD等分析手段觀察膜層表面形貌,研究其物相組成;對(duì)膜層表面進(jìn)行摩擦實(shí)驗(yàn),分析其摩擦性能。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)通過(guò)FLUENT模擬軟件,模擬出實(shí)驗(yàn)中最佳攪拌速度為200r/min;(2)處理液濃度、輸出電壓、處理液溫度、BN濃度與膜層中BN含量之間存在非線性關(guān)系;膜層中BN含量與摩擦系數(shù)以及摩擦?xí)r間與摩擦系數(shù)之間存在非線性關(guān)系;(3)膜層主要由α-Al203、γ Al2O3及BN組成,表明電解液中BN顆粒進(jìn)入到膜層中,形成了自潤(rùn)滑復(fù)合膜層;(4)LY12鋁合金制備微弧氧化膜層最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)為KF濃度105g/L,KOH濃度85g/L,NaAlO2濃度12g/L,輸出電壓110V,處理液溫度40℃,BN濃度10g/L,處理時(shí)間15min;本實(shí)驗(yàn)成功制備了含有固體潤(rùn)滑顆粒BN的自潤(rùn)滑復(fù)合膜層,確定了膜層中最優(yōu)BN含量為10vol%,膜層表面摩擦系數(shù)降低至0.173;BN微粒在膜層表面均勻分布,起到了良好的自潤(rùn)滑作用,有效地改善了復(fù)合膜層的摩擦性能。
[Abstract]:Aluminum alloy is widely used in aviation, aerospace, transportation and other fields for its excellent physical, chemical and processing properties. But it has the shortcoming of poor wear resistance, which greatly limits its application. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the surface properties of aluminum alloy by surface treatment. As a new and green surface treatment technology, micro-arc oxidation is widely used to form oxide films with high hardness and good wear resistance and corrosion resistance on aluminum alloy surface. In this paper, the self-lubricating composite film with good compactness was prepared by adding solid lubricating particle BN, into the electrolyte by low-voltage micro-arc oxidation technology, taking LY12 aluminum alloy as the research object. The problem of "poor friction performance on film surface" existed in traditional micro-arc oxidation is solved. The surface morphology and phase composition of the film were observed by means of SEM,XRD and the tribological properties of the film were analyzed by friction experiments. The results show that: (1) the optimal stirring speed is 200 r / min by FLUENT simulation software; (2) there is a nonlinear relationship between the concentration of the treated liquid, the output voltage, the temperature of the treatment solution, the concentration of BN and the content of BN in the film. There is a nonlinear relationship between BN content and friction coefficient, friction time and friction coefficient. (3) the film is mainly composed of 偽-Al203, 緯 Al2O3 and BN, which indicates that the BN particles in the electrolyte enter into the film and form a self-lubricating composite film.
