【摘要】：采用圓柱形攪拌頭和帶螺紋攪拌頭,制備2195-T8鋁鋰合金摩擦攪拌焊接頭,研究攪拌頭前進(jìn)速度與旋轉(zhuǎn)速度對(duì)接頭孔洞缺陷的影響,分析接頭的顯微組織特征。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)圓柱形攪拌頭旋轉(zhuǎn)速度與前進(jìn)速度比值不當(dāng)時(shí),在接頭前進(jìn)側(cè)下部容易產(chǎn)生貫穿整個(gè)接頭的隧道型缺陷(連續(xù)孔洞);采用帶螺紋攪拌頭可以消除接頭的這種缺陷,有效提高接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度。2195-T8鋁鋰合金基材中強(qiáng)化相包括T1相(Al_2CuLi)和θ′相(Al_2Cu);熱機(jī)影響區(qū)所有θ′相及大部分T1相溶解;而焊核區(qū)T1相和θ′相均完全溶解,并在焊核區(qū)產(chǎn)生較多位錯(cuò)。熱影響區(qū)和基材為沿軋制方向的板條狀晶粒;熱機(jī)影響區(qū)晶粒發(fā)生偏轉(zhuǎn)和變形;焊核區(qū)晶粒均發(fā)生再結(jié)晶,但焊核區(qū)邊緣近熱機(jī)影響區(qū)再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸較小,而中心焊核區(qū)再結(jié)晶晶粒長(zhǎng)大。
[Abstract]:The 2195-T8 Al-Li alloy friction stir welding joints were prepared by using cylindrical and threaded stirring heads. The effects of the speed of the stirring head and the rotating speed on the hole defects of the joints were studied and the microstructure characteristics of the joints were analyzed. The results show that when the ratio of rotating speed to advancing velocity of cylindrical stirring head is not at the same time, tunneling defects (continuous holes) are easy to occur in the lower part of the forward side of the joint. This defect can be eliminated and tensile strength of the joint can be effectively improved by using a threaded mixing head. The strengthened phases in 2195-T8 Al-Li alloy substrate include T1 phase (Al_2CuLi) and 胃 'phase (Al_2Cu). All 胃 'phases and most T1 phases are dissolved in the affected zone, while the T1 phase and 胃' phase in the nugget zone are completely dissolved, and more dislocations occur in the nugget zone. The heat affected zone and the substrate are strip grains along the rolling direction, and the grains in the heat affected zone are deflected and deformed. Recrystallization occurs in the nugget zone, but the recrystallization grain size is smaller in the near thermal effect zone of the nugget zone, while the recrystallization grain grows in the central nugget zone.
