Inconel 690合金氫擴散與滲透特性的研究

【摘要】:采用超高真空氣相氫滲透技術(shù),研究氫在Inconel 690合金的擴散和滲透行為,獲得了不同厚度690合金樣品在300~500℃溫度范圍內(nèi)的氫滲透曲線,討論了該合金厚度對擴散特性與滲透特性的影響。結(jié)果表明:在一定溫度范圍內(nèi),Inconel 690合金的氫擴散系數(shù)(D)、滲透系數(shù)(P)隨溫度變化關(guān)系遵循Arrhenius方程;在一定厚度范圍內(nèi),氫擴散系數(shù)隨樣品厚度增加而增高并趨近于690合金的實際體擴散系數(shù);樣品厚度對氫滲透系數(shù)的變化影響較小。
