【摘要】：MX-3是西安交通大學(xué)開發(fā)的基于GUC運動控制器的開放式機床數(shù)控系統(tǒng),具有三軸聯(lián)動銑削功能,是能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)由交流伺服電機驅(qū)動的半閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)硬件由數(shù)控裝置和伺服系統(tǒng)組成,GUC-400-ESV運動控制器為數(shù)控裝置的核心部件,以Visual C++為工具進(jìn)行控制軟件開發(fā),操作系統(tǒng)采用Windows XP系統(tǒng)。在該數(shù)控系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上搭建了MX-3開放式數(shù)控系統(tǒng)實驗平臺,并應(yīng)用于數(shù)控技術(shù)實踐教學(xué)中,既豐富了實驗教學(xué)內(nèi)容,又提高了實驗教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:MX-3 is an open CNC system of machine tool based on GUC motion controller developed by Xi'an Jiaotong University. It has the function of three-axis linkage milling and is a semi-closed loop control system driven by AC servo motor. The hardware of the system is composed of numerical control device and servo system. The GUC-400-ESV motion controller is the core component of the numerical control device. The control software is developed with Visual C as the tool. The operating system adopts Windows XP system. The experiment platform of MX-3 open NC system is built on the basis of the NC system, and it is applied to the practical teaching of NC technology, which not only enriches the content of experimental teaching, but also improves the quality of experimental teaching.
