齒輪整體誤差測量中齒廓評價區(qū)域確定方法

【摘要】:確定齒輪整體誤差曲線上齒廓評價區(qū)域的準確位置是影響整體誤差測量精度的關(guān)鍵問題,也是幾十年來困擾整體誤差推廣的難題。提出應當區(qū)分整體誤差單元曲線上不同階段數(shù)據(jù)的可信度,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出一種以嚙出階段數(shù)據(jù)為主確定齒廓評價區(qū)域的新方法。為驗證新方法的正確性和有效性,進行標準齒輪和產(chǎn)品齒輪在不同轉(zhuǎn)速下的測量試驗,對比分析了由三種不同方法獲取的單元起點位置的一致性。試驗數(shù)據(jù)表明新方法得到的單元起點位置一致性較好,可滿足汽車齒輪快速測量的要求,尤其在測量產(chǎn)品齒輪時,新方法的效果優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的互相關(guān)函數(shù)法。
[Abstract]:It is a key problem to determine the accurate position of the tooth profile evaluation area on the overall error curve of gears which affects the measuring accuracy of the whole error and is also a difficult problem that puzzles the generalization of the overall error in recent decades. It is suggested that the reliability of the data in different stages on the integral error unit curve should be distinguished. On this basis, a new method for determining the evaluation region of tooth profile is proposed. In order to verify the correctness and validity of the new method, the measurement experiments of standard gears and product gears at different rotational speeds were carried out, and the consistency of the starting positions of the units obtained by three different methods was compared and analyzed. The experimental data show that the new method has a good consistency of the starting point position of the unit and can meet the requirements of rapid measurement of automotive gears. Especially in measuring product gears, the effect of the new method is better than that of the traditional cross-correlation function method.
