高速壓電板形儀工業(yè)化測試平臺及其試驗

【摘要】:為提高高速壓電板形儀的在線檢測精度及可靠性,研究張力分布方式、速度制度及載荷特性等對板形檢測信號的影響,研制了一套高速壓電板形儀工業(yè)化綜合測試平臺(簡稱"ICP-ITS")。該平臺可實現(xiàn)板形儀的精確動態(tài)標定和誤差測試分析,保證了板形信號的準確性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用帶鋼驅(qū)動和軸向移動式壓輪張力調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu),模擬板形檢測工業(yè)現(xiàn)場,實現(xiàn)了不同浪形的物理模擬和板形信號檢測。試驗結(jié)果表明,該平臺能提高板形儀的檢測精度,縮短板形儀的標定上線周期,對促進板形儀的工業(yè)化應(yīng)用具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of on-line detection of high-speed piezoelectric shape gauge, the influence of tension distribution mode, velocity system and load characteristics on shape detection signal is studied. A comprehensive industrial test platform for high speed piezoelectric flatness gauge (ICP-ITS) has been developed. The platform can realize accurate dynamic calibration and error test and analysis of flatness instrument, and ensure the accuracy of shape signal. On this basis, the strip drive and the axial movable press wheel tension adjusting mechanism are used to simulate the industry field of shape detection, and the physical simulation and shape signal detection of different wave shapes are realized. The experimental results show that the platform can improve the precision of flatness meter and shorten the calibration period of flatness meter. It is of great practical significance to promote the industrial application of flatness meter.
