熱處理對TC21鈦合金顯微組織的影響(英文)
[Abstract]:The effect of solution cooling rate and temperature on microstructure of TC21 titanium alloy was studied by double solution aging heat treatment. The results show that the morphology of primary 偽 phase is mainly controlled by the primary solution temperature, and the cooling rate of high temperature solution has a significant effect on the content and aspect ratio of secondary 偽 phase. At high solid solution cooling rate, more metastable 尾 phases can be retained, thus more fine secondary 偽 phases are precipitated during aging, resulting in an increase in strength and a decrease in ductility and toughness. The secondary low temperature solution temperature has a significant effect on the subsequent aging response of the alloy. Higher solution temperature can retain more 尾 phases and promote the precipitation of more fine transition 偽 phases in the aging process. The content of residual 尾 phase decreases and the sensibility of aging decreases with low solution heat treatment temperature. The aging process results in the decomposition of residual 尾 phase, especially in the large metastable 尾 phase region.
