防松帽搭接焊縫力學(xué)性能及分區(qū)建模方法

【摘要】:為了建立精細(xì)有限元模型,提高焊縫疲勞壽命仿真預(yù)測(cè)精度,需準(zhǔn)確獲取焊縫區(qū)的組織及材料力學(xué)性能分布.通過金相試驗(yàn)得到了焊縫區(qū)域組織分布,結(jié)合硬度試驗(yàn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式獲取了焊縫微小區(qū)域組織應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線參數(shù).根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析提出一種焊縫分區(qū)建模方法,并利用準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)拉伸試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該方法的正確性,為進(jìn)一步分析焊縫區(qū)域失效機(jī)制以及預(yù)測(cè)疲勞壽命奠定了基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:In order to establish a fine finite element model and improve the prediction accuracy of fatigue life of weld seam, the distribution of microstructure and material mechanical properties in weld zone should be accurately obtained. The microstructure distribution in weld zone was obtained by metallographic test, and the stress-strain curve parameters were obtained by hardness test and empirical formula. Based on the analysis of test results, a method of weld zone modeling is proposed, and the validity of the method is verified by quasi-static tensile test, which lays a foundation for further analysis of failure mechanism of weld zone and prediction of fatigue life.
