22MnB5高強(qiáng)板沖壓成形熱力耦合數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:采用ABAQUS軟件建立基于熱力耦合的有限元模型,對22MnB5高強(qiáng)板不同工藝條件下的成形過程進(jìn)行模擬分析,探究摩擦系數(shù)、模具間隙和成形溫度等工藝參數(shù)對熱成形時的減薄率和應(yīng)力分布的影響.結(jié)果表明:成形溫度的升高會改善材料的塑性,導(dǎo)致變形抗力減小,危險點(diǎn)應(yīng)力減小,減薄率增大.隨模具間隙增加,危險點(diǎn)應(yīng)力、減薄率都呈減小趨勢.摩擦系數(shù)的增大導(dǎo)致材料流動阻力增大,減薄率增加,材料容易被拉裂.研究表明,摩擦系數(shù)0.1、模具間隙2.2mm、成形溫度800℃為合適的工藝參數(shù).
[Abstract]:The finite element model based on thermo-mechanical coupling was established by using ABAQUS software. The forming process of 22MnB5 high strength sheet under different technological conditions was simulated and analyzed, and the friction coefficient was explored. The influence of die clearance and forming temperature on the thinning rate and stress distribution during hot forming. The results show that the increasing of forming temperature can improve the plasticity of the material, decrease the deformation resistance, decrease the stress at the dangerous point and increase the thinning rate. With the increase of die clearance, the dangerous point stress and thinning rate decrease. The friction coefficient increases the material flow resistance increases, the thinning rate increases, and the material is easily cracked. The results show that the appropriate process parameters are: friction coefficient 0.1, die clearance 2.2 mm, forming temperature 800 鈩,
