合金球墨鑄鐵軋輥的試制

【摘要】:介紹了合金球墨鑄鐵軋輥的技術要求及鑄件結構,詳細闡述了鑄件的試制方法:選用60%重RE球化劑+40%輕RE球化劑,沖入法進行球化處理,球化劑加入量1.40%;采用高Ba-Ca孕育劑進行包內孕育,加入量為0.7%,在鐵液澆注時加入0.1%、粒度為0.3~1 mm的S-O孕育劑,進行隨流孕育;采用部分奧氏體化正火+回火熱處理工藝,奧氏體化溫度為880~900℃,回火溫度為580~600℃。生產結果顯示:鑄件的抗拉強度平均為667 MPa,屈服強度平均為411 MPa,伸長率為14%,布氏硬度平均為320 HB,且鑄件的內外硬度基本一致。

The trial production method of casting is described in detail: 60% heavy RE spheroidizing agent 40% light RE spheroidizing agent is selected, and the spheroidizing treatment is carried out by impinging method, and the amount of nodularizing agent is 1.40%. High Ba-Ca inoculant was used to inoculate in the ladle, the amount of inoculant was 0.7, and 0.1% S-O inoculant with 0.3 mm grain size was added to the molten iron during pouring, and the inoculation was carried out with flow.
