動態(tài)塑性變形制備的超細(xì)晶鋁的熱穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:采用分離式霍普金森壓桿對1050商業(yè)純鋁進(jìn)行了高應(yīng)變速率(2.7×10~3s~(-1)變形。試樣隨后進(jìn)行100~250℃保溫1h的退火。用透射電子顯微鏡觀察了組織。結(jié)果表明:變形試樣組織主要為拉長的片層狀亞晶粒,橫向和縱向平均晶粒尺寸分別為276、704nm,原始粗晶粒得到明顯細(xì)化;當(dāng)退火溫度低于200℃時,試樣組織依然為片層狀,晶粒稍微粗化;250℃/1 h退火后試樣微結(jié)構(gòu)顯著粗化,平均晶粒尺寸長大至4.9μm,并且試樣組織中出現(xiàn)了再結(jié)晶晶粒。為了保持試樣組織結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性,該試樣使用溫度必須低于250℃。
