【摘要】：采用慢應變速率拉伸試驗、顯微硬度和電導率測試、晶間腐蝕和剝落腐蝕試驗、光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡等分析方法,研究微量稀土對7085鋁合金(Al-7.5Zn-1.5Mg-1.4Cu-0.15Zr)力學性能和腐蝕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,與未添加稀土的合金相比,添加微量稀土使合金組織細化,時效后強度硬度提高。同時,合金的耐腐蝕性明顯提高,其中抗晶間腐蝕性能由4級提高為2級、48 h下的剝落腐蝕性能由EB提高為PA、反映應力腐蝕性能的ISSRT值由65%提高到96%。
[Abstract]:By means of slow strain rate tensile test, microhardness and conductivity test, intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion test, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, etc. The effect of rare earth elements on the mechanical and corrosion properties of 7085 aluminum alloy (Al-7.5Zn-1.5Mg-1.4Cu-0.15Zr) was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the alloy is refined and the strength and hardness of the alloy are increased after aging compared with the alloy without rare earth addition. At the same time, the corrosion resistance of the alloy was obviously improved, in which the intergranular corrosion resistance was increased from 4 to 2, and the exfoliation corrosion resistance at 48 h was increased from EB to PA, from 65% to 96%.
