鈦鋼復(fù)合板界面特征研究述評

【摘要】:鈦及鈦合金具有良好的耐腐蝕性,被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種化學(xué)反應(yīng)容器制造、熱交換器材料等防腐蝕領(lǐng)域,但其應(yīng)用范圍因成本過高而受到限制。鈦鋼復(fù)合板同時(shí)兼具鈦的耐蝕性和鋼的強(qiáng)韌性,又具有良好的性價(jià)比,擁有廣泛的工程應(yīng)用前景,成為近年來的研究熱點(diǎn)。對國內(nèi)外近十幾年來關(guān)于鈦鋼復(fù)合板的研究情況進(jìn)行綜合評述,概括了鈦鋼復(fù)合板的典型制備方法,重點(diǎn)討論了界面組織特征和界面結(jié)合機(jī)理,以及熱處理溫度對界面特征和結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的影響規(guī)律。最后結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的分析以及實(shí)際工程的需求,指出了鈦鋼復(fù)合板未來的研究方向和發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:Titanium and titanium alloys have been widely used in various chemical reaction vessels, heat exchanger materials and other anticorrosion fields because of their good corrosion resistance, but their application scope is limited because of the high cost. Titanium steel clad plate has both the corrosion resistance of titanium and the strength and toughness of steel, and has a good ratio of performance to price, and has a wide range of engineering application prospects, so it has become a research hotspot in recent years. The research situation of titanium steel clad plate in recent ten years at home and abroad is comprehensively reviewed, the typical preparation methods of titanium steel clad plate are summarized, and the interface microstructure characteristics and interface bonding mechanism are emphatically discussed. And the influence of heat treatment temperature on interface characteristics and bonding strength. Finally, based on the analysis of related documents and the demand of practical engineering, the future research direction and development prospect of titanium steel clad plate are pointed out.
