基于鍵合圖法的比例插裝閥調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:Based on the pressure requirement of pressed parts to hydraulic press, a pressure-regulating system of proportional cartridge valve is proposed in this paper, which can adjust variable pressure. In view of the key technical problems in the design and debugging of the proportional cartridge valve pressure regulation system, the main work of this paper is divided into five parts as follows: 1. In order to meet the demands of the pressed parts of the large hydraulic press on the working performance of the hydraulic press, combined with the principle of regulating the pressure of the two-way cartridge valve, the hydraulic circuit of the open-loop proportional pressure regulating system is designed. According to the designed hydraulic circuit diagram, the AMESim hydraulic simulation model is established. By simulation, it is found that pressure overshoot, violent fluctuation and other phenomena exist in the system. 2. On the basis of open loop proportional voltage regulation system, pressure sensor and PID controller are added to make it a closed loop system. At the beginning, the overshoot of the system can be suppressed and the response time is short. There is no jitter in the output pressure value after the system reaches the steady state, and the variable pressure adjustment can be realized. 3. 3. The power flow of the open loop proportional voltage regulating system is analyzed and the bond diagram of the proportional voltage regulating system is drawn. The state equation of the open-loop proportional voltage regulating system is written out by selecting appropriate state variables. The influence of component parameters on the voltage regulation results is explored by MATLAB simulation. 4. Based on TwinCAT2 platform, the electrical control system of proportional voltage regulation system is designed by using Beckhoff controller. The control program is written and the control panel is designed to make the proportional voltage regulating system work normally. 5. The designed closed loop proportional pressure regulating system is applied to the large hydraulic press produced by Hefei forging Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The experimental results show that the hydraulic press can output a variety of expected pressure values. During the period of holding pressure, the pressure does not jitter, and the overshoot is only 1.3%, which achieves the desired pressure regulation effect.
