基于鍵合圖法的比例插裝閥調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:本課題基于被壓制件對(duì)液壓機(jī)的多種工作壓力需求,提出了一種比例插裝閥調(diào)壓系統(tǒng),該調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)變壓力調(diào)整。針對(duì)比例插裝閥調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)試中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題,本課題主要工作分為以下五部分:1.為了滿足大型液壓機(jī)在工作過(guò)程中被壓制件對(duì)液壓機(jī)工作性能的需求,結(jié)合二通插裝閥調(diào)壓原理,設(shè)計(jì)出開(kāi)環(huán)比例調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)液壓回路。根據(jù)所設(shè)計(jì)的液壓回路圖,建立其AMESim液壓仿真模型。經(jīng)仿真發(fā)現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)存在壓力超調(diào)、劇烈波動(dòng)等現(xiàn)象。2.在開(kāi)環(huán)比例調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上,加上壓力傳感器和PID控制器使其成為閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)。在開(kāi)始時(shí)刻,系統(tǒng)的超調(diào)可以被抑制,且響應(yīng)時(shí)間短。系統(tǒng)達(dá)到穩(wěn)態(tài)后輸出壓力值不存在抖動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)變壓力調(diào)整。3.分析開(kāi)環(huán)比例調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)的功率流程,畫(huà)出比例調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)鍵合圖。選擇合適的狀態(tài)變量,寫(xiě)出開(kāi)環(huán)比例調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)方程并通過(guò)MATLAB仿真探究元件參數(shù)對(duì)調(diào)壓結(jié)果的影響。4.基于TwinCAT2平臺(tái),采用Beckhoff控制器設(shè)計(jì)比例調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)的電氣控制系統(tǒng),編寫(xiě)控制程序,設(shè)計(jì)控制面板,使比例調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)正常工作。5.將設(shè)計(jì)的閉環(huán)比例調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于合肥合鍛智能制造股份有限公司生產(chǎn)的大型液壓機(jī)上進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,液壓機(jī)能夠輸出預(yù)期的多種壓力值,保壓時(shí)間長(zhǎng)且保壓期間內(nèi),壓力不發(fā)生抖動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,超調(diào)量?jī)H為1.3%,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的調(diào)壓效果。
[Abstract]:Based on the pressure requirement of pressed parts to hydraulic press, a pressure-regulating system of proportional cartridge valve is proposed in this paper, which can adjust variable pressure. In view of the key technical problems in the design and debugging of the proportional cartridge valve pressure regulation system, the main work of this paper is divided into five parts as follows: 1. In order to meet the demands of the pressed parts of the large hydraulic press on the working performance of the hydraulic press, combined with the principle of regulating the pressure of the two-way cartridge valve, the hydraulic circuit of the open-loop proportional pressure regulating system is designed. According to the designed hydraulic circuit diagram, the AMESim hydraulic simulation model is established. By simulation, it is found that pressure overshoot, violent fluctuation and other phenomena exist in the system. 2. On the basis of open loop proportional voltage regulation system, pressure sensor and PID controller are added to make it a closed loop system. At the beginning, the overshoot of the system can be suppressed and the response time is short. There is no jitter in the output pressure value after the system reaches the steady state, and the variable pressure adjustment can be realized. 3. 3. The power flow of the open loop proportional voltage regulating system is analyzed and the bond diagram of the proportional voltage regulating system is drawn. The state equation of the open-loop proportional voltage regulating system is written out by selecting appropriate state variables. The influence of component parameters on the voltage regulation results is explored by MATLAB simulation. 4. Based on TwinCAT2 platform, the electrical control system of proportional voltage regulation system is designed by using Beckhoff controller. The control program is written and the control panel is designed to make the proportional voltage regulating system work normally. 5. The designed closed loop proportional pressure regulating system is applied to the large hydraulic press produced by Hefei forging Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The experimental results show that the hydraulic press can output a variety of expected pressure values. During the period of holding pressure, the pressure does not jitter, and the overshoot is only 1.3%, which achieves the desired pressure regulation effect.
