近β鈦合金高溫壓縮變形過(guò)程中流變軟化行為研究進(jìn)展
[Abstract]:The factors influencing rheological softening behavior, the rheological softening mechanism and its analytical methods, and the development of constitutive equation based on rheological softening mechanism are reviewed. The effects of deformation process parameters and original microstructure on rheological softening behavior were analyzed. In addition, the contribution of dynamic recovery, dynamic recrystallization, deformation heat and other softening mechanisms to the softening phenomenon was discussed. The problems of rheological softening in the process of high temperature deformation of near 尾 titanium alloy are put forward. It is pointed out that quantitative analysis and physical modeling are the important developing directions of rheological softening phenomenon in the near 尾 titanium alloy during high temperature deformation in the future.
