淬火延性鋼的屈服行為研究及有限元仿真

【摘要】:變截面輥彎成型技術(shù)是一種節(jié)能、順應(yīng)輕量化發(fā)展的新型塑性成形工藝。但在雙相鋼板材的成形實驗中,成形件變截面區(qū)底面腹板因殘余應(yīng)力易產(chǎn)生拱起、邊波等缺陷,影響成形精度。本課題針對定模動輥生產(chǎn)線變高度構(gòu)件制造問題,以減小變形抗力、提高成形精度、優(yōu)化工藝裝備為目標(biāo),探究淬火延性鋼材料的力學(xué)性能、屈服行為和成型仿真,以獲得適用于輥彎成型的新高強鋼品種。本文依據(jù)研究目標(biāo),首先針對淬火延性鋼QP980材料設(shè)計了 30次拉伸實驗。通過不同軋制方向的單向拉伸實驗獲得了該材料的基本力學(xué)性能和真實應(yīng)力應(yīng)變關(guān)系;通過不同軋制方向不同加載比例的雙向拉伸實驗,得到了雙向拉伸下的真實應(yīng)力應(yīng)變關(guān)系,進而計算出QP980材料的塑性功等高線。本文比較 Mises、Hill'48、Hill'93、Hosford、Gotoh 和 Barlat89 六種常用屈服準(zhǔn)則與QP980高強鋼屈服行為的匹配程度,得出匹配度最差的是Hosford準(zhǔn)則與Barlat89準(zhǔn)則,最合適的為Hill'48準(zhǔn)則。同時,針對QP980材料對Hill'48準(zhǔn)則進行了優(yōu)化,使之能更好的描述該材料的屈服行為。最后,建立變高度輥彎成型生產(chǎn)線變截面部分的簡化模型,同時在材料屬性里設(shè)置Hill'48準(zhǔn)則的相關(guān)參數(shù)進行有限元仿真,模擬QP980板料通過變高度輥彎成型生產(chǎn)線的成形狀況。仿真結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)板材成形效果良好,沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)邊波、起皺等成形問題。同時在仿真結(jié)果中提取數(shù)據(jù),分析了等效應(yīng)力云圖、等效塑性應(yīng)變云圖、軋輥反作用力矩、軋輥反作用力、回彈情況,除回彈角度較大外,均能滿足變高度輥彎成型生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計要求。實驗、理論計算和仿真結(jié)果說明QP980高強鋼在該生產(chǎn)線上成型具有可行性,可以進行實際成型實驗。
[Abstract]:Variable section roll forming is a new type of plastic forming technology, which is energy saving and follows the development of light weight. However, in the forming experiment of duplex steel sheet, the forming accuracy is affected by the defects such as arch and edge wave in the bottom web of the variable cross section zone of the forming part because of the residual stress. In order to reduce the deformation resistance, improve the forming precision and optimize the process equipment, this subject aims at the manufacture of variable height components in the constant die moving roll production line, and probes into the mechanical properties, yield behavior and forming simulation of quenched ductile steel materials. In order to obtain new high strength steel varieties suitable for roll forming. In this paper, 30 tensile tests were designed for quenched ductile steel QP980 materials according to the research objectives. The basic mechanical properties and the true stress-strain relationship of the material were obtained by uniaxial tensile experiments with different rolling directions, and the biaxial tensile tests with different rolling directions and different loading ratios were carried out. The true stress-strain relationship under biaxial tension is obtained and the plastic work contours of QP980 materials are calculated. In this paper, the matching degree of six common yield criteria between Mises,Hill'48,Hill'93,Hosford,Gotoh and Barlat89 and yield behavior of QP980 high strength steel is compared. It is concluded that the worst matching degree is Hosford criterion and Barlat89 criterion, and the most suitable one is Hill'48 criterion. At the same time, the Hill'48 criterion is optimized for the QP980 material to describe the yield behavior of the material better. Finally, the simplified model of the variable section part of the variable height roll bending production line is established. At the same time, the relevant parameters of the Hill'48 criterion are set in the material attribute to simulate the forming condition of the QP980 sheet metal through the variable height roll bending production line. Simulation results show that sheet metal forming effect is good, no side wave, wrinkle and other forming problems. At the same time, the data are extracted from the simulation results, and the equivalent stress cloud diagram, the equivalent plastic strain cloud diagram, the roll reaction moment, the roll reaction force and the springback are analyzed, except for the large springback angle. All can meet the design requirements of the variable height roll bending production line. Experimental, theoretical and simulation results show that QP980 high strength steel forming in this production line is feasible and can be used in actual forming experiment.
