【摘要】:對WB36CN1鋼管件進行了不同正火溫度、冷卻方式,回火溫度、回火時間的熱處理。通過正交試驗對其進行了多因素分析,進行了WB36CN1鋼管件熱處理工藝的優(yōu)化。結合硬度和組織分析,得出了最優(yōu)的熱處理參數(shù)。結果表明:影響WB36CN1鋼熱處理工藝因素主次為:正火后冷卻速度正火溫度回火溫度回火時間。優(yōu)化的熱處理工藝參數(shù)為:正火溫度950℃、霧冷,650℃回火85 min。
[Abstract]:The different normalizing temperature, cooling mode, tempering temperature and tempering time of WB36CN1 steel pipe fittings were heat treated. The heat treatment process of WB36CN1 steel pipe fittings was optimized by orthogonal test. Combined with hardness and microstructure analysis, the optimum heat treatment parameters were obtained. The results show that the primary and secondary factors affecting the heat treatment of WB36CN1 steel are the cooling rate after normalizing and tempering time at normalizing temperature.
