殘余應(yīng)力對涂覆WC-17Co涂層的Ni718合金彎曲疲勞壽命的影響(英文)

【摘要】:利用超音速火焰噴涂技術(shù)在Ni718合金表面制備WC-17C0涂層,對噴涂后的試樣進行150℃,3 h和300℃,3 h保溫?zé)崽幚?利用Almen試片曲率法計算不同熱處理條件下涂層中的殘余應(yīng)力,用反復(fù)彎曲試驗測試試樣的疲勞壽命,分析殘余應(yīng)力對試樣疲勞壽命的影響。結(jié)果表明,在疲勞循環(huán)過程中,裂紋在涂層中萌生并向涂層/基體界面處擴展,最后擴展至基體內(nèi)部形成最終斷裂。涂層中的殘余壓應(yīng)力能夠抑制疲勞裂紋的產(chǎn)生和擴展。經(jīng)過保溫處理后涂層中的殘余壓應(yīng)力降低,導(dǎo)致試樣的疲勞壽命隨熱處理的溫度上升而下降。
