Ti6Al4V鈦合金表面真空滲氧處理

【摘要】:目的在Ti6Al4V鈦合金表層制備硬度高、耐磨性好的硬化層。方法結(jié)合真空技術(shù),以高純的O2為介質(zhì),在Ti6Al4V鈦合金表面制備致密的滲氧硬化層,采用X衍射儀分析滲氧層的相組成,用金相顯微鏡觀察滲氧層和磨痕組織,用顯微硬度計(jì)測(cè)試滲氧層的顯微硬度,用MM-U10A端面磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究滲氧層的耐磨性。結(jié)果滲氧層物相主要由TiO_2、TiO、Ti_3Al及Al_2O_3組成,溫度較低時(shí),形成的滲氧層較薄,溫度增加,滲氧層厚度迅速增加,硬度及耐磨性也隨之增加。溫度為760℃時(shí),表面硬度為基體硬度的2.5倍以上,大于750HV,有效硬化層厚度達(dá)60μm以上,其磨損失重僅為未滲氧原樣的1/4,表面磨痕細(xì)密,沒有撕裂情況發(fā)生,滲氧層保持完整。溫度繼續(xù)增加,氧化物開始聚集長大,滲氧層組織開始變得疏松,硬度及耐磨性開始下降。結(jié)論 Ti6Al4V鈦合金表面真空滲氧處理可顯著提高其表面硬度,耐磨性改善明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare hardened layer with high hardness and good wear resistance on the surface of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy. Methods in combination with vacuum technology, a dense oxygen-hardening layer was prepared on the surface of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy in the presence of high purity O2. The phase composition of the oxygen-permeating layer was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the microstructure of the oxygen-permeating layer and the wear mark were observed by metallographic microscope. The microhardness of oxygen permeation layer was tested by microhardness tester, and the wear resistance of oxygen permeating layer was studied by MM-U10A end wear tester. Results the oxygen permeation layer is mainly composed of TiO_2,TiO,Ti_3Al and Al_2O_3.
