鈦合金表面硬質(zhì)膜層研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:綜述了近年來(lái)鈦合金材料表面硬質(zhì)膜層的研究進(jìn)展,詳述了鈦合金表面擴(kuò)滲層、多元素?fù)诫s復(fù)合強(qiáng)化硬質(zhì)膜層以及多層復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)化硬質(zhì)膜層的研究現(xiàn)狀及取得的成果,分析了現(xiàn)有鈦合金表面硬質(zhì)膜層研究存在的問(wèn)題,指出:鈦合金表面硬質(zhì)膜層的強(qiáng)韌性匹配與界面強(qiáng)化仍需深入研究,同時(shí)需有效開(kāi)展鈦合金表面硬質(zhì)膜層的工程應(yīng)用研究,促進(jìn)硬質(zhì)膜層在鈦合金材料表面的產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The research progress of hard film on titanium alloy surface in recent years is reviewed in this paper. The present situation and achievements of the research on hard film layer on titanium alloy surface, multielement doping composite strengthening hard film layer and multilayer composite structure strengthening hard film layer are described in detail. The problems existing in the study of hard film on titanium alloy surface are analyzed. It is pointed out that the matching of strength and toughness and the interface strengthening of hard film layer on titanium alloy surface need to be studied deeply, and the engineering application research of hard film layer on titanium alloy surface must be carried out effectively at the same time. To promote the industrial application of hard film on the surface of titanium alloy.
