基于四軸聯(lián)動(dòng)的無(wú)偏置擺線齒錐齒輪切齒加工技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:Cycloidal bevel gear has the advantages of stable transmission, strong bearing capacity and low noise, so it is widely used as driving part of automobile drive axle. The end milling method of cycloidal bevel gear is different from that of Gleason spiral bevel gear. The research on cycloidal bevel gear started late in our country, and the research on the machining technology of cycloidal bevel gear is not deep enough, and the manufacturing equipment level is far from that of developed countries, which seriously hinders the development of bevel gear technology in China. In view of this, this paper presents a new method for machining cycloidal bevel gear with four axes linkage according to the national conditions of our country. The main research contents are as follows: 1. By studying the similarities and differences between the structure and motion mode of traditional mechanical machine tool and six-axis linkage machine tool, a new method of machining non-offset cycloidal bevel gear based on four-axis linkage is put forward, and the motion mode of this method is introduced. The feasibility of this processing method is put forward preliminarily. The common tool structure for machining cycloidal bevel gear is studied. By establishing the mathematical model of generating tool and cycloidal bevel gear, the tooth surface equation and unit normal vector of cycloidal bevel gear are obtained. Three dimensional modeling of tooth surface is established by discretization of tooth surface points, and the influence of machining parameters on tooth surface error is studied. The curvature parameter of tooth surface is calculated, TCA program is written, and the influence of cutter head parameters on meshing performance of tooth surface is analyzed by TCA program. A mathematical model of four-axis linkage machining was established to study the kinematic relationship of the four axes. The main difference between the machining method and the mechanical machine tool is that the cutter head moves in translation when it is extended, so there is no additional rotation angle with the shaking table. The experiment flow of tooth cutting is designed, the NC program is written, the experiment of tooth cutting, the experiment of tooth surface error detection and the test of contact area are carried out. The experimental results show that the ideal tooth surface and contact area can be obtained by four-axis linkage machining of non-offset cycloidal bevel gear.
