Nb含量及退火溫度對(duì)冷軋低合金高強(qiáng)鋼力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:利用實(shí)驗(yàn)室退火爐對(duì)冷軋低合金高強(qiáng)鋼進(jìn)行連續(xù)退火工藝模擬,研究退火溫度對(duì)其組織與性能的影響,并通過(guò)改變鋼中Nb成分的含量,研究化學(xué)成分Nb對(duì)熱軋板性能以及對(duì)退火板性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:在790℃以下,隨著退火溫度的逐漸升高,退火板的屈服強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度顯著降低,伸長(zhǎng)率顯著升高;在790℃以上,隨著退火溫度的逐漸升高,退火板的屈服強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度下降趨勢(shì)較小。增加鋼中Nb的含量能夠顯著提高熱軋板和退火板的強(qiáng)度,增加0.01%的Nb大約能使熱軋板的抗拉強(qiáng)度提高34 MPa,退火板屈服強(qiáng)度提高14 MPa。
