一種抗熱腐蝕鑄造鎳基高溫合金中σ相的析出及回溶

【摘要】:研究了不同熱處理?xiàng)l件下σ相的回溶規(guī)律及其對(duì)合金持久性能的影響.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在800~900℃范圍內(nèi)經(jīng)過最長1×104h時(shí)效后,合金中產(chǎn)生的σ相率先在枝晶干的M23C6碳化物附近形成,之后擴(kuò)展到枝晶間;隨著時(shí)效溫度的升高,σ相形成速度加快,σ相形核的孕育時(shí)間縮短.激活能計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)比表明,σ相形成初期與Co,Cr的擴(kuò)散相關(guān),穩(wěn)態(tài)階段與Mo的擴(kuò)散相關(guān);長期時(shí)效后合金在1000~1170℃固溶時(shí),σ相都可以回溶到基體,且固溶溫度越高,σ相回溶越快.σ相的回溶動(dòng)力學(xué)研究表明,σ相的回溶速度受Co的擴(kuò)散過程控制.對(duì)比持久實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,合金中的σ相并不能使合金變脆;經(jīng)過恢復(fù)熱處理,長期時(shí)效過程中析出的σ相回溶,持久壽命提高.
