一種抗熱腐蝕鑄造鎳基高溫合金中σ相的析出及回溶

【摘要】:研究了不同熱處理條件下σ相的回溶規(guī)律及其對合金持久性能的影響.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在800~900℃范圍內(nèi)經(jīng)過最長1×104h時效后,合金中產(chǎn)生的σ相率先在枝晶干的M23C6碳化物附近形成,之后擴展到枝晶間;隨著時效溫度的升高,σ相形成速度加快,σ相形核的孕育時間縮短.激活能計算結(jié)果對比表明,σ相形成初期與Co,Cr的擴散相關(guān),穩(wěn)態(tài)階段與Mo的擴散相關(guān);長期時效后合金在1000~1170℃固溶時,σ相都可以回溶到基體,且固溶溫度越高,σ相回溶越快.σ相的回溶動力學研究表明,σ相的回溶速度受Co的擴散過程控制.對比持久實驗結(jié)果表明,合金中的σ相并不能使合金變脆;經(jīng)過恢復熱處理,長期時效過程中析出的σ相回溶,持久壽命提高.
