基于STEP-NC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的閉環(huán)加工開放式數(shù)控系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:Closed-loop machining has the characteristics of openness, cooperation and intelligence, which can adapt to the more and more popular mode of small and medium-sized batch production. The process control is an effective means to reduce the production cost, improve production efficiency and product quality. Based on STEP-NC standard, this paper establishes the integrated and closed-loop transmission mechanism of complete product information, and analyzes the effect of NC system on high-level products in view of the obstacle of information transmission between processing and process planning. Based on STEP-NC, the closed-loop machining and its process control are realized by reading and utilizing the work information. According to the requirement of the closed-loop machining process control, this paper analyzes the system function division, product processing information integration and information interaction mechanism. The integration of product processing information and the establishment of closed-loop data flow are analyzed.A closed-loop processing system architecture based on open STEP-NC NC system is established to eliminate the information transmission barrier between NC system and process planning system and realize product design, process planning, product processing, process control and process knowledge. In order to realize the on-line interpretation of STEP-NC files in CNC system, this paper adopts modular structure to establish the open STEP-NC CNC system software kernel. Then, STEP-NC file parsing, high-level information extraction and on-line tool path generation are implemented by object-oriented, multi-threading and shared memory technologies. The open STEP-NC NC system can read and interpret STEP-NC files directly without post-processing. It can realize the free transmission of high-level product processing information in the closed-loop processing system and ensure the integrity and closed-loop of the data flow of the processing system. The realization and function integration method of process control in open STEP-NC numerical control system is introduced. In this paper, the method of on-line inspection and process control of closed-loop machining system is analyzed with the object of repairing the error area of plane feature. The method of real-time process control is analyzed with the object of milling force control. The description method of NC standard is established, and the data model of machining process control is integrated with other products'machining information. The task transmission and data feedback of machining process control are realized, and the problem of high-level data transmission and integration is solved. Shared Memory, Multithreading and Finite State Machine (FSM) technology establish the transmission and processing mechanism of machining process control information in NC system to ensure the integration and real-time of machining process control. The functions of STEP-NC file interpretation, processing, on-line detection, real-time monitoring, process control and data output are integrated into the closed-loop STEP-NC CNC system to ensure the integration and close-loop of product processing information. Interpretation and machining, on-line error region identification and repair and constant-force milling are taken as examples to verify the STEP-NC data model, open STEP-NC system functions, on-line detection and machining process control methods and real-time machining process control methods. The closed-loop open STEP-NC CNC system is established in this paper. The present platform provides experimental platform support for further research on STEP-NC based machining process control.
