基于產(chǎn)品族DNA的數(shù)控機(jī)床造型分析與再設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,數(shù)控機(jī)床的功能技術(shù)已經(jīng)趨于成熟,因而造型設(shè)計(jì)就成為市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。造型優(yōu)美并且具有傳承性及延續(xù)性的機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)不僅能夠給用戶帶來(lái)愉悅的心情,而且可以減少用戶對(duì)于機(jī)床更新與換代的感官適應(yīng)成本,從而可以激發(fā)人的潛能,提高工作的效率。因此,對(duì)機(jī)床企業(yè)而言,研究其產(chǎn)品族DNA并應(yīng)用于機(jī)床產(chǎn)品的造型設(shè)計(jì)具有重要意義。論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)品牌數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)行造型分析、解析產(chǎn)品族DNA及數(shù)控機(jī)床造型元素,總結(jié)出基于產(chǎn)品族DNA的數(shù)控機(jī)床造型元素提取方法并對(duì)秦川工具集團(tuán)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行造型分析;(2)以工業(yè)產(chǎn)品造型理論及相關(guān)方法為指導(dǎo),探索數(shù)控機(jī)床產(chǎn)品造型元素與特征之間的映射關(guān)系,通過(guò)研究得出家族化的總體設(shè)計(jì)原則;(3)以上述相關(guān)知名品牌產(chǎn)品的對(duì)比分析研究為設(shè)計(jì)思路,造型元素與特征之間映射關(guān)系及家族化設(shè)計(jì)原則為理論支撐,完成DNA造型元素的總結(jié)歸納并概括出相應(yīng)的DNA元素庫(kù);(4)完成了基于產(chǎn)品族DNA的數(shù)控機(jī)床造型設(shè)計(jì)軟件系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),選擇VB語(yǔ)言為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),Access為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),開(kāi)發(fā)了一款計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件原型系統(tǒng),給出了應(yīng)用該軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)控機(jī)床造型設(shè)計(jì)的流程;(5)借助開(kāi)發(fā)的軟件原型系統(tǒng),調(diào)用相應(yīng)的DNA造型元素并結(jié)合人工的細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì),完成兩款數(shù)控機(jī)床的造型設(shè)計(jì),驗(yàn)證本文的理論、方法及所開(kāi)發(fā)軟件的可靠性。本文以理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外知名品牌的數(shù)控機(jī)床產(chǎn)品的造型分析,從各個(gè)方面探究并總結(jié)了基于產(chǎn)品族DNA造型設(shè)計(jì)的原則和途徑,并開(kāi)發(fā)出了一款計(jì)算機(jī)輔助造型設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)原型,通過(guò)實(shí)踐予以可行性驗(yàn)證。論文的研究成果對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床產(chǎn)品體現(xiàn)造型的品牌識(shí)別性及傳承性的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程提供了方便手段,具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值并對(duì)其他種類工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的造型設(shè)計(jì)具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the functional technology of NC machine tools has become mature, so modeling design has become a key link of market competitiveness. The design of machine tool with graceful shape and inheritance and continuity can not only bring pleasure to the user, but also reduce the sensory adaptation cost of the user for the renewal and replacement of the machine tool, thus stimulating the potential of the human being. Improve the efficiency of your work. Therefore, for machine tool enterprises, it is of great significance to study the product family DNA and apply it to the modeling design of machine tool products. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the modeling analysis of domestic and foreign related brand CNC machine tools, the analysis of product family DNA and numerical control machine tool modeling elements, This paper summarizes the extraction method of modeling elements of NC machine tools based on product family DNA and analyzes the products of Qinchuan tool Group. (2) guided by the theory of industrial product modeling and related methods, Explore the mapping relationship between modeling elements and features of CNC machine tools, and get the general design principles of family through the research. (3) based on the comparative analysis of the above well-known brand products as the design ideas, The mapping relationship between modeling elements and features and the family design principle are supported by the theory. Complete the summary of DNA modeling elements and generalize the corresponding DNA element library; (4) complete the overall architecture design of NC machine tool modeling design software system based on product family DNA, select VB language as the development platform and access as the database, A computer aided design software prototype system is developed, and the flow chart of numerical control machine tool modeling design using this software is given. (5) with the help of the developed software prototype system, the corresponding DNA modeling elements are called and the detailed design is combined with manual design. Complete the modeling design of two NC machine tools, verify the theory, method and reliability of the developed software. In this paper, by combining theory with practice, the principles and approaches of DNA modeling design based on product family are discussed and summarized by analyzing the modeling of CNC machine tool products of famous brands at home and abroad. And developed a computer-aided modeling design system prototype, through practice to verify the feasibility. The research results of this paper provide a convenient means for the design process of brand recognition and inheritance of NC machine tool products, and have certain practical value and reference significance to the modeling design of other kinds of industrial products.
