【摘要】：仰焊是焊接位置處于水平下方的焊接,焊接操作人員仰視焊接過程的一種焊接方法,是四種基本位置焊接中消耗體能和操作難度最大的一種焊接方法。在不斷實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)試板仰焊的操作要領(lǐng)并對部分關(guān)鍵操作進(jìn)行大膽的實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新,目的在于幫助具有一定焊接水平的學(xué)習(xí)者快速掌握仰焊操作要領(lǐng),提升技能水平。
[Abstract]:Reverse welding is a kind of welding method in which the welding position is below the level. The welding operator looks up at the welding process. It is one of the most difficult and physically consuming welding methods in the four basic positions. On the basis of continuous practice, this paper summarizes the operating essentials of backwelding of test plates and makes bold practical innovations on some key operations, in order to help learners with certain welding level quickly grasp the operation essentials of backwelding and improve their skill level.
