熱處理對(duì)耐磨合金鑄鐵硬度的影響

【摘要】:測試了耐磨合金鑄鐵經(jīng)過不同工藝熱處理前后的硬度。結(jié)果表明:耐磨合金鑄鐵經(jīng)950~1050℃×0.5 h油冷、空冷和爐冷3種方式冷卻后,其硬度值分別為58~60 HRC、43~44 HRC和33~35 HRC,且加熱溫度低于600℃時(shí),其硬度變化不大。
