球頭銑刀動(dòng)態(tài)銑削力數(shù)值仿真

【摘要】:為了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)球頭銑刀銑削復(fù)雜曲面的銑削力,將切削刃離散為切削微元,建立斜角切削模型。在等效平面內(nèi)綜合慮加工硬化、應(yīng)變率及溫度的影響,將二維正交切削叫ey模型沿用到斜角模型中計(jì)算流動(dòng)應(yīng)力及微元切削力。利用銑削刀具-工件接觸區(qū)域確定刀刃微元切削狀態(tài),建立任意進(jìn)給方向及曲面曲率的銑削力數(shù)值模型。運(yùn)用Ansys-Dyn軟件進(jìn)行金屬三維切削仿真分析,經(jīng)結(jié)果對(duì)比驗(yàn)證,提出銑削力數(shù)值模型的有效性,且計(jì)算時(shí)間和所需存儲(chǔ)空間遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于有限元分析。證明改進(jìn)數(shù)值模型可作為立銑,車削及鉆削等其它金屬加工方式的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)參考。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the design of milling force of complex curved surface with ball end milling cutter, cutting edge was discretized into cutting micro element, and the cutting model of oblique angle was established. Considering the effects of work hardening, strain rate and temperature in the equivalent plane, the two-dimensional orthogonal cutting model called ey model is used to calculate the flow stress and the micro-element cutting force in the diagonal model. The cutting force numerical model of arbitrary feed direction and curved surface curvature is established by using the contact region of milling cutter and workpiece to determine the cutting state of cutting edge. The numerical model of milling force is proved to be effective by using Ansys-Dyn software to simulate the three-dimensional cutting of metal, and the computing time and storage space are much smaller than that of finite element analysis. It is proved that the improved numerical model can be used as a reference for the optimization design of other metal machining methods such as end milling, turning and drilling.
