規(guī)則多孔鉬的制備及其吸能特性研究

【摘要】:采用尿素作造孔劑,利用"層鋪法"和真空燒結(jié)技術(shù)制備了孔隙率及孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)可控的多孔鉬材料。利用金相顯微鏡和掃描電鏡研究了尿素含量、壓制壓力和燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)多孔鉬孔隙率和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明,"層鋪法"能有效保證多孔鉬孔隙的均勻分布及連通性;生坯致密度隨壓制壓力的增大而增大;在1800℃燒結(jié)能獲得良好的鉬粉結(jié)合。在加載過程中,多孔鉬主要通過孔隙壁的斷裂、坍塌及孔隙壁碎片的摩擦來吸收能量。
[Abstract]:Porous molybdenum materials with controllable porosity and pore structure were prepared by "layering" and vacuum sintering with urea as pore-forming agent. The effects of urea content, pressing pressure and sintering temperature on the porosity and microstructure of porous molybdenum were studied by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the "layering method" can effectively guarantee the uniform distribution and connectivity of porous molybdenum pores, the density of green increases with the increase of pressing pressure, and good bonding of molybdenum powder can be obtained when sintered at 1800 鈩,
