工業(yè)純鋁1060板料單點(diǎn)增量成形極限實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)工業(yè)純鋁1060板料進(jìn)行單點(diǎn)增量成形極限實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,比較了圓錐形件各部位厚度的分布情況。實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)成形角增大時(shí),成形件上部會(huì)出現(xiàn)厚度嚴(yán)重變薄的減薄帶,并且破裂容易出現(xiàn)在減薄帶上,影響板料成形極限。用最大成形角表征單點(diǎn)增量成形過(guò)程中的成形極限,分析了不同參數(shù)對(duì)板料最大成形角的-影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)層間距會(huì)影響板料的最大成形角,而工具頭周向進(jìn)給速度對(duì)最大成形角的影響不大,不同形狀的成形件其最大成形角也不相同。最后通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得了1 mm厚度鋁板的成形極限曲線(FLC)。
[Abstract]:A single point incremental forming limit experiment was carried out on industrial pure aluminum 1060 sheet metal, and the distribution of the thickness of each part of the conical part was compared. The experimental results show that when the forming angle increases, the thickness of the upper part of the forming part will be thinned seriously, and the fracture will easily appear in the thinning zone, which will affect the forming limit of sheet metal. The maximum forming angle is used to characterize the forming limit in the process of single point incremental forming. The influence of different parameters on the maximum forming angle of sheet metal is analyzed. It is found that the interval between layers will affect the maximum forming angle of sheet metal. However, the circumferential feed velocity of the tool head has little effect on the maximum forming angle, and the maximum forming angle is also different for different shapes of forming parts. Finally, the forming limit curve (FLC).) of 1 mm thick aluminum plate is obtained by experiment.
