窄坡口等離子-MAG復(fù)合焊工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對轉(zhuǎn)向架構(gòu)架焊接變形及根部焊道背部成形問題,研究坡口角度為30°的V形窄坡口旁軸式等離子-MAG復(fù)合熱源焊接工藝.文中以SMA490BW耐候鋼平板對接為研究對象,基于響應(yīng)面法建立了主要影響熔深的等離子電流、MAG電流、焊接速度、等離子氣體流量與焊縫根部焊道的熔深、背部余高之間的數(shù)學關(guān)系模型,并依此模型分析了等離子-MAG復(fù)合焊接工藝參數(shù)對焊縫熔深能力的影響,獲得了合適的復(fù)合焊接工藝參數(shù).與普通MAG焊相比,窄坡口等離子-MAG復(fù)合焊接工藝既可保證焊縫根部完全熔透又能有效地減小接頭的焊接變形.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the welding deformation of bogie frame and the back forming of the root welding pass, the welding process of V-shaped narrow groove side shaft plasma MAG heat source with 30 擄groove angle was studied. Based on the response surface method (RSM), the plasma current, welding speed, plasma gas flow rate and weld penetration at the root of the weld are established based on the response surface method. According to this model, the influence of plasma MAG composite welding process parameters on weld penetration ability is analyzed, and appropriate composite welding process parameters are obtained. Compared with the conventional MAG welding, the narrow groove plasma MAG composite welding process can not only guarantee the penetration of the weld root, but also reduce the welding deformation effectively.
