TA17鈦合金熱力學(xué)行為及加工特性研究

【摘要】:為了研究TA17鈦合金熱軋條件下的高溫變形行為及熱加工特性,在熱模擬機(jī)上開展變形溫度為700~1100℃、應(yīng)變速率為1~40 s~(-1)條件下的熱壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn),建立基于Arrhenius模型的本構(gòu)方程,以及應(yīng)變分別為0.3和0.6時(shí)的熱加工圖,結(jié)合熱變形顯微組織分析,研究該合金的熱塑性變形機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:TA17鈦合金流變應(yīng)力隨著變形溫度的升高而降低,隨著應(yīng)變速率的升高而升高。在溫度為800~1000℃、應(yīng)變速率為1~10 s~(-1)時(shí),材料的變形機(jī)制主要為動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶;溫度為1000~1100℃、應(yīng)變速率為1~10 s~(-1)時(shí),材料發(fā)生動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù);溫度為700~800℃或1000~1100℃、應(yīng)變速率大于20 s~(-1)時(shí),材料產(chǎn)生絕熱剪切帶;溫度為700~800℃,應(yīng)變速率為1~5 s~(-1)時(shí),材料易產(chǎn)生裂紋。得出該合金較優(yōu)的熱軋工藝參數(shù)為:變形溫度800~1000℃,應(yīng)變速率1~10 s~(-1)。
