燃料包殼鋯合金的爆破性能(英文)

【摘要】:模擬了燃料包殼用Zr-Nb合金管材在RIA事故工況下的失效行為,研究了溫度和升壓速率對管材爆破性能的影響。不同溫度下快速爆破時的升壓速率分別為293 K時0.97 GPa/s,473 K時0.62 GPa/s,623 K時0.49 GPa/s;參考ASTM標準實施的爆破試驗在各溫度下的升壓速率均為0.23 MPa/s。結(jié)果表明,爆破溫度升高,管材爆破強度降低,破口的環(huán)向延伸率升高,管材的均勻延伸率受溫度影響不明顯。所有測試條件下管材均呈鼓包失效,破口沿軸向延伸,升壓速率高,破口更寬。溫度越高,管材塑性增加,破口長度減小。
[Abstract]:The failure behavior of Zr-Nb alloy tube for fuel cladding under RIA accident was simulated. The effects of temperature and pressure increasing rate on the blasting performance of the tube were studied. The pressure rise rate of rapid blasting at 293K is 0.97 GPA / s at 473 K and 0.49 GPA / s at 623 K and 0.23 MPA / s at different temperatures, respectively, and the pressure rise rate of blasting test with reference to ASTM standard is 0.23 MPA / s at each temperature. The results show that the blasting temperature increases, the blasting strength decreases, the circumferential elongation of the break increases, and the uniform elongation of the pipe is not affected obviously by temperature. Under all the test conditions, the pipe is bulging failure, the break extends along the axis, the pressure rise rate is high, and the break is wider. The higher the temperature is, the more plastic the pipe is and the smaller the break length is.
