鑄造態(tài)鈦合金力學(xué)性能及抗彈性能研究

【摘要】:以鑄造態(tài)鈦合金β20C、TC4、TA15和TA18為研究對象,開展了以鈦合金為面板、A3鋼為背板的復(fù)合裝甲抗彈性能試驗(yàn)、基于分離式Hopkinson Bar技術(shù)的動(dòng)態(tài)壓縮試驗(yàn)和室溫條件下的準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮和準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)拉伸試驗(yàn)。并對鑄造態(tài)鈦合金β20C、TC4、TA15和TA18抗彈性能的影響因素進(jìn)行了對比與分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):鑄造態(tài)鈦合金β20C的A3鋼背板具有最小殘余穿深值4.7 mm,分別比鑄造態(tài)鈦合金TC4、TA15和TA18低22%、37%和23%,且β20C的質(zhì)量防護(hù)系數(shù)也相應(yīng)有最大值2.61,表明β20C具有最佳抗彈性能;鑄造態(tài)鈦合金β20C的動(dòng)態(tài)壓縮強(qiáng)度、準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)抗壓強(qiáng)度、準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)拉伸屈服強(qiáng)度和準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)抗拉強(qiáng)度值分別達(dá)1578、1474、1052和1101 MPa,各強(qiáng)度值在4種鈦合金中均是最高的,表明動(dòng)態(tài)強(qiáng)度及準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)強(qiáng)度對鑄造態(tài)鈦合金的抗彈性能的影響是決定性的;4種鑄造態(tài)鈦合金的沖擊吸收功、動(dòng)態(tài)塑性、臨界斷裂應(yīng)變和斷后伸長率則與抗彈性能呈現(xiàn)出一定的波動(dòng)關(guān)系,表明沖擊吸收功、動(dòng)態(tài)塑性和準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)塑性對抗彈性能的影響是非決定性的;鑄造態(tài)鈦合金β20C靶板正面出現(xiàn)了尺寸為10 mm×12 mm的開坑現(xiàn)象,在4種鑄造態(tài)鈦合金中是最明顯的,同時(shí)沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯的剪切沖塞破環(huán)現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Taking the cast titanium alloy 尾 20CZTC4TTA15 and TA18 as the research objects, the elastic resistance test of composite armor with titanium alloy as the panel plate and A 3 steel as the back plate was carried out. Dynamic compression test based on split Hopkinson Bar technique and quasi-static compression and quasi-static tensile test at room temperature. The influence factors of cast titanium alloy 尾 _ (20) C _ (4) C _ (4) TA _ (15) and TA18 were compared and analyzed. The results show that the minimum residual penetration depth of cast titanium alloy 尾 20C A3 steel back plate is 4.7 mm, which is 22 37% and 23% lower than that of cast titanium alloy TC4TTA15 and TA18, respectively. The mass protection coefficient of 尾 20C also has a maximum value of 2.61, which indicates that 尾 20C has the best elasticity resistance. The dynamic compressive strength, quasi-static tensile yield strength and quasi-static tensile strength of cast titanium alloy 尾 20C are 1578 / 1474 / 1052 and 1101 MPa, respectively. It is shown that the influence of dynamic strength and quasi-static strength on the elastic resistance of cast titanium alloys is decisive for the impact absorption work and dynamic plasticity of four cast titanium alloys. The critical fracture strain and post-break elongation show a certain fluctuation relationship with the elastic resistance, indicating that the impact absorption work, dynamic plasticity and quasi-static plastic resistance are indeterminate. The opening of 10mm 脳 12mm on the front of cast titanium alloy 尾 20C target plate is the most obvious in four kinds of cast titanium alloys, and no obvious phenomenon of shearing impingement and ring breaking has been found at the same time.
