奧氏體化溫度對Fe-17Mn-0.05C鋼組織和拉伸性能的影響

【摘要】:對一種熱軋態(tài)高錳減振結(jié)構(gòu)鋼進(jìn)行不同溫度的熱處理,研究了奧氏體化溫度對其組織和拉伸性能的影響.結(jié)果表明:在600℃條件下,逆轉(zhuǎn)變得到的全奧氏體組織只發(fā)生回復(fù)過程,冷卻時ε馬氏體含量比熱軋態(tài)高,此時的拉伸強(qiáng)度和加工硬化率也較大.當(dāng)奧氏體化溫度為800℃或更高時,奧氏體發(fā)生完全靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶.原始奧氏體晶粒尺寸和ε馬氏體含量隨著溫度的升高而增加,但鋼的力學(xué)性能隨之變差.在1 200℃下奧氏體化處理后,組織中ε馬氏體板條十分細(xì)碎;在拉伸時由于奧氏體晶粒尺寸太大,實驗鋼發(fā)生了沿晶斷裂.
