【摘要】:為合理計(jì)算數(shù)控組合機(jī)床整機(jī)平均維修時(shí)間,本文提出基于系統(tǒng)組件故障率和維修時(shí)間模型來(lái)確定系統(tǒng)平均維修時(shí)間的方法。根據(jù)數(shù)控組合機(jī)床子系統(tǒng)故障信息,引入平均秩次法進(jìn)行基于時(shí)間相關(guān)的子系統(tǒng)故障率建模,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)控組合機(jī)床系統(tǒng)故障率建模。結(jié)合各子系統(tǒng)維修時(shí)間函數(shù),建立了數(shù)控組合機(jī)床整機(jī)平均維修時(shí)間模型,并確定了最小故障次數(shù)下的整機(jī)平均維修時(shí)間。本文研究為系統(tǒng)維修時(shí)間設(shè)計(jì)及維修計(jì)劃制定奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to reasonably calculate the average maintenance time of NC combined machine tool, this paper presents a method to determine the average maintenance time based on the failure rate and maintenance time model of system components. According to the fault information of CNC machine tool subsystem, the average rank method is introduced to model the failure rate of the subsystem based on time correlation, and then the fault rate modeling of NC composite machine tool system is realized. Combined with the maintenance time function of each subsystem, the average maintenance time model of NC combined machine tool is established, and the average maintenance time of the whole machine is determined under the minimum number of failures. This paper lays a theoretical foundation for system maintenance time design and maintenance plan formulation.
