ABS齒圈檢測儀誤差校正方法的研究

【摘要】:為了提高ABS齒圈檢測儀測量質(zhì)量,根據(jù)ABS齒圈檢測儀測量原理、結構特點及測量過程中產(chǎn)生誤差的原因,綜合分析了影響ABS齒圈檢測儀測量精度的本質(zhì)因素,針對產(chǎn)生誤差的關鍵問題,開發(fā)了一種以空間三維直角坐標系仿射變換原理及最小二乘法曲線擬合原理為核心的實時誤差校正方法,該方法可在不降低測量速度的前提下,進行自適應實時誤差校正,提高測量精度。同時,根據(jù)誤差校正原理建立了數(shù)學模型,并通過MATLAB 7.10仿真驗證了其準確性及可行性。經(jīng)計算,誤差校正后的ABS齒圈檢測儀測量重復性和不確定度指標符合預期要求。事實證明該方法能夠用于ABS齒圈檢測儀系統(tǒng)中,具有很高的實用價值。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the measuring quality of ABS gear ring detector, according to the measuring principle, structure characteristics and the cause of error in the measurement process, the essential factors influencing the measuring accuracy of ABS gear ring detector are analyzed synthetically. Aiming at the key problem of generating errors, a real-time error correction method based on the principle of affine transformation in three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system and the fitting principle of least square curve is developed. Self-adaptive real-time error correction is carried out to improve measurement accuracy. At the same time, the mathematical model is established according to the principle of error correction, and its accuracy and feasibility are verified by MATLAB 7.10 simulation. After calculation, the measurement repeatability and uncertainty of ABS gear ring detector after error correction are in line with the expected requirements. It has been proved that this method can be used in ABS gear ring detector system and has high practical value.
