ABS齒圈檢測(cè)儀誤差校正方法的研究

【摘要】:為了提高ABS齒圈檢測(cè)儀測(cè)量質(zhì)量,根據(jù)ABS齒圈檢測(cè)儀測(cè)量原理、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及測(cè)量過程中產(chǎn)生誤差的原因,綜合分析了影響ABS齒圈檢測(cè)儀測(cè)量精度的本質(zhì)因素,針對(duì)產(chǎn)生誤差的關(guān)鍵問題,開發(fā)了一種以空間三維直角坐標(biāo)系仿射變換原理及最小二乘法曲線擬合原理為核心的實(shí)時(shí)誤差校正方法,該方法可在不降低測(cè)量速度的前提下,進(jìn)行自適應(yīng)實(shí)時(shí)誤差校正,提高測(cè)量精度。同時(shí),根據(jù)誤差校正原理建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,并通過MATLAB 7.10仿真驗(yàn)證了其準(zhǔn)確性及可行性。經(jīng)計(jì)算,誤差校正后的ABS齒圈檢測(cè)儀測(cè)量重復(fù)性和不確定度指標(biāo)符合預(yù)期要求。事實(shí)證明該方法能夠用于ABS齒圈檢測(cè)儀系統(tǒng)中,具有很高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the measuring quality of ABS gear ring detector, according to the measuring principle, structure characteristics and the cause of error in the measurement process, the essential factors influencing the measuring accuracy of ABS gear ring detector are analyzed synthetically. Aiming at the key problem of generating errors, a real-time error correction method based on the principle of affine transformation in three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system and the fitting principle of least square curve is developed. Self-adaptive real-time error correction is carried out to improve measurement accuracy. At the same time, the mathematical model is established according to the principle of error correction, and its accuracy and feasibility are verified by MATLAB 7.10 simulation. After calculation, the measurement repeatability and uncertainty of ABS gear ring detector after error correction are in line with the expected requirements. It has been proved that this method can be used in ABS gear ring detector system and has high practical value.
