基于電磁感應(yīng)加熱高強(qiáng)鋼管熱彎曲成形的研究

【摘要】:基于電磁感應(yīng)加熱的BR1500HS高強(qiáng)鋼管熱彎曲成形過程是管材在感應(yīng)加熱區(qū)的成形與淬火一起進(jìn)行的;谒苄猿尚卫碚搶(duì)管材彎曲過程進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力分析,通過有限元軟件進(jìn)行了多場順序耦合計(jì)算,獲得了感應(yīng)區(qū)加熱溫度對(duì)管材截面畸變和回彈程度的影響規(guī)律,并通過試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,在800~950℃,管材的截面畸變程度和回彈角度均隨著感應(yīng)區(qū)加熱溫度的增大而減小。
[Abstract]:The hot bending process of BR1500HS high strength steel tube based on electromagnetic induction heating is carried out together with quenching in induction heating zone. Based on the plastic forming theory, the stress analysis of the tube bending process is carried out, and the multi-field sequential coupling calculation is carried out by the finite element software. The influence of the heating temperature in the induction zone on the distortion and springback degree of the tube section is obtained. It is verified by experiment. The results show that the cross-section distortion and springback angle of the tube decrease with the increase of the heating temperature of the induction zone at 800 ~ 950 鈩,
