【摘要】：介紹了高強度高導電銅合金在各個領域中的應用,對幾種普遍的強化銅合金機制進行了分析。描述了當下高強高導銅合金的研究熱點,包括快速凝固法制備高強高導銅合金、稀土對高強高導銅合金的影響、孿晶強化銅合金以及碳納米管強化銅合金。對高強高導銅合金的發(fā)展方向進行了展望。
[Abstract]:The applications of high strength and high conductivity copper alloys in various fields are introduced. The current research focus of high strength and high conductivity copper alloys is described, including rapid solidification method to prepare high strength and high conductivity copper alloys, effects of rare earth elements on high strength and high conductivity copper alloys, twin strengthened copper alloys and carbon nanotubes strengthened copper alloys. The development trend of high strength and high conductivity copper alloy is prospected.
